Drawing rules

To qualify, the locator must email the client's guest card to the property and to Samantha Moreno (samoreno@willowbridgepc.com) in the same email, and the client must list the locator's name and company on the rental application. A registration becomes a ticket only when the client's lease application is approved, as confirmed by Samantha in the leasing system. Clients already approved or moved in can be registered and are added once confirmed. One winning ticket is drawn every other Monday from leases approved in the prior two-week round, then the prize wheel is spun to set the prize. Prizes are delivered only after the winning ticket's client has moved in; if the client does not move in, the win is void. Gift cards are delivered directly to the winning locator. The $500 bonus is paid through the winner's sponsoring broker. Each prize is funded by the community where the winning lease was signed.

One ticket per approved lease. Each ticket is entered in one drawing only, for the round the lease is approved in, and can be used only once; tickets do not carry over to later drawings. Each round runs two weeks, Monday through the second Sunday after; the winner is drawn the next day, a Monday, and contacted directly. The first round runs November 2–15, 2026, with the first drawing on Monday, November 16. There are two drawings a month on average. Not every ticket wins. A client registered by more than one locator counts only for the first registration received.

No purchase or lease is required to enter. For a free entry, text or email your name, company and "FREE ENTRY" to Samantha during the round. One free entry per person per round. Void where prohibited.
